STRATEGY

The preparation of a strategy for the development of the association "National Sports Club Olimp", highlights its own MISSION, VISION, VALUES AND LEADING GOALS before its development, the management of the activities for their achievement and the management of the necessary resources. The sustainability of the strategy requires that it be considered in the long term, which defines its objectives as strategic.

Main goals for strategic development of the ASSOCIATION "NATIONAL SPORTS CLUB OLIMP":

Objective Number 1: Our main goal is not just to teach children the individual swimming styles. Our work is a comprehensive process of building skills, knowledge and habits in the children, which help them adapt and progress, both in the pool and in any of their other endeavors

Objective Number 2: The development of High Sports Mastery.
With our methodology applied to preliminary training, which is based on our knowledge and experience gained over the years, we dare to state that we do excellently, which is demonstrated by the technique mastery of our swimmers and our achievements in the competitive children age groups. In the process of work, we began to come across more talented children, so this is how our desire to develop high sportsmanship and mastery appeared. We started exchanging experiences with the most successful coaches in the field, reading the latest literature and information on the subject, and so we developed our program for drafting project competitive swimmers, which is already brought to fruition and started one of our next goals – namely the Challenge Number 2, which is of national interest – to develop an European-grade athlete, and of course – a World Swimming Champion.

The most important thing for us in the development of high sportsmanship and performance, is to give an opportunity for the development of the potential of children to the maximum of their individual abilities accordingly, regardless of their social status and financial capabilities, as our approach is pure desire and talent, we will make sure to provide necessary conditions for development!

Objective Number 3: Let's raise the Bulgarian spirit! Let's show the other nationalities how great a nation the Bulgarians actually are!
