SWIMMING FOR ADULTS

LESSONS FOR BEGINNERS AND ADVANCED SWIMMING TRAINING WITHOUT AGE LIMITS

The swimming training and lessons are a purposeful pedagogical process for mastering motor skills and habits to such an extent, as to ensure safe behavior and movement of the person in the water. Our modern and effective methodology does not set age restrictions. It ensures that certain swimming styles are learned as well as possible, according to your individual abilities and current condition.
The water environment with its physical properties (temperature, buoyancy, density, pressure, chemical composition, etc.) has a beneficial effect on all organs and systems of the human body.

SWIMMING TRAINING OBJECTIVES

TRAINING STRUCTURE AND TRAINING DURATION: 60 MINUTES

7–8 min – first part – preparatory exercises on land.
45 min – main part – learning new exercises, strengthening and improving what has been learned so far or building certain qualities, such as: endurance, speed, speed endurance, strength and others.
5 min – final part – unwinding and bringing the body to a normal state of functioning.
